The Process
Reach out via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Share your order number and describe the issue clearly.
Provide clear photos or a short video showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect product. This helps us resolve your case quickly.
Our team reviews your request within 24 hours and confirms whether your case is eligible for an exchange.
Once approved, we dispatch your replacement at no extra cost. You will receive a confirmation and estimated delivery time.
Terms & Timeframes
Request Window
Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order. We cannot process requests made after this period.
Product Condition
Items must be in their original condition with the seal intact and original packaging. Used or opened products (beyond initial inspection) are not eligible.
Proof Required
You must provide your order ID and clear photographic or video evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
Exchange Value
Exchanges are for the same product only, or a product of equal value if the original item is out of stock. No cash refunds are issued.
Shipping Costs
If the error or damage is on our side, Mahasit Fragrance will cover all return and re-delivery shipping costs. No cost to you.
Processing Time
Once your exchange request is approved, the replacement is dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within the standard delivery window.
